Wap-2-Go Alpha v0.7 Released

This is probably the biggest update yet, adding a whole bunch of new features and (hopefully) fixing all compliance bugs.

- Language Support - conversion of special characters to Unicode Decimal Format allowing the display of special characters (e.g. accents) on mobile devices (early testing stage);
- HTML (WAP2.0) and WML (WAP1.1) Support;
- Default "Wap-2-Go" Theme Updated;
- CSS (for HTML) Validated with Standard Theme ("Wap-2-Go");
- WML Fully Compliant;
- .htaccess included - /mobile/html and /mobile/wml automatically set portal to use appropriate Markup Language. (this will allow you to provide links to www.yoursite.com/mobile/html for demonstrating your portal without emulator);
- Full Forum-Theme Support;
- Pagination added to Forms, function ready to be implemented across all Modules for improved navigation;
- coppermine (Photo Gallery) Images Fixed - now supports Images with spaces in their filename;
- Content WML Compliance & Language Definitions;

- Downloads WML Compliance & Language Definitions;

Distribution Updated with block-Wap-2-Go_Mobile_Portal.php Block for Nuke. Simply add this block to your nuke site so that visitors can test out your portal while browsing your site.
